Fireman's Carry (Carry Me #1) by Charlie Richards

Fireman's Carry (Carry Me #1)
Keeping an open mind can lead to a full heart.

Carl Lewis has little joy in his life. He’s recently struggled through a painful divorce, has partial custody of his two kids, and is learning to rearrange his schedule so work as a detective is no longer first. It’s not easy. Then he meets his new neighbor, Vincent Androse, an openly gay firefighter who just went through a bad break-up of his own. He gives the man a hand moving furniture, and they strike up a friendship that starts to fill holes in Carl’s life he didn’t even know were there.

Vincent moves to get away from his cheating ex-boyfriend, Lonnie. His new house is big and empty, and he finds himself enjoying the Friday night BBQs with his new friend, Carl, even with the man’s kids there. When Lonnie shows up, begging for him to come back, again, and refuses to leave, Carl steps in, pretending to be the new boyfriend. Vincent discovers Carl can kiss—really kiss, and he starts wanting things the straight cop can’t give him. Can he?

                                                                           5 STARS

Now this story was fun, there's some action but it's more about each character and how Carl & Vincent become neighbors and friends then that develops into one Hell of a Hot Love story!!! And I mean HOT!!! you know gotta stop reading to take a cold shower HOT!!! but it also has a serious message in it too. I liked the slow build to relationship that we get without being drug out through the pages, it's sorta assumed but I didn't feel like I missed anything. I really liked the family aspect with Carl's kids of course the ex wife's a bitch but you could kinda see that one coming.

I did get a few exciting surprises, but the relationship between Carl & Vince was the main reason I couldn't put this book down. I love a book that makes me laugh, and this one did that all the way to the last page. I Highly Recommend if you want a book that will entertain you with not only an awesome love story but an interesting little mystery too This is a book you will want to read. I loved it.

Love Bites A Feral Hearts Tale by D. River

Love Bites A Feral Hearts Tale
Ryder has been friends with Tucker since they were in the first grade. They grew up together, they joined the Marines together and they moved to the vast metropolis of New York City together. Nothing could tear them apart.

Or so they believed. When they get bitten by a mysterious creature, they find themselves drawn together in a whole new way that is both exciting and terrifying. Neither of them is prepared to face the feelings they now have or what that could mean for their future.

This is the story of their quest for a cure, which takes them through such locales as Little Avalon, the Wild Wood and the haunted ruins of Old Syracuse. Together they must face down dangers and challenges even as they grapple with the life-shift of now being mated werewolves.

Join Ryder and Tucker for a fun, romantic adventure set in an Earth much like our own, but where magic and magical creatures are as much a part of the world as science and technology

                                                                               3 STARS

You ever read a book that your not sure if you liked it or not? Well this is one of those for me. I thought the storyline was great, I just wasn't sure if I liked the characters I mean Ryder was a pretty good character and most of the story is from his POV,  but Tucker not so much I just couldn't understand where his character was coming from. The start of this story had me excited, than kinda fizzled in the middle with an abrupt ending. I really wanted some kind of closure to the whole relationship (side) story because thats what it felt like a love story thrown in.

Ryder feels like the only one in this best friends turned werewolves that are mates relationship. Tucker feels like he fights it thru the entire book, which kinda pissed me off yeah I get that Tucker has some issues but this is his best friend since like first grade, not someone he just met. I would have liked more to this relationship than just Ryder trying to not make a wrong move, I felt bad for the guy really I did. The action/drama storyline was not bad and I did get closure for that which is what kept me reading this story. I will still recommend but be warned its more of an action story with a love story on the side.

Solid as Stone (The Brotherhood #01) by Amylea Lyn

Solid as Stone (The Brotherhood, #1)
The Brotherhood is seeking their freedom, and one man holds the key. When the father's sins come to light, can one shy doctor and a tough assassin work together or will past scars be too much for them to overcome?

Stone's life is one of ordered control. As a child he was experimented on and turned into something more than human. Now the leader of The Brotherhood, an elite group of soldier assassins, he is given the task of eradicating the man who possibly holds the key to his freedom.

When Dr Wesley Folcomb finds himself targeted by the government group that killed his father, he is forced to seek safety from the very assassin sent to eliminate him.

On the run for their lives, Wesley and Stone grow close but with such different pasts, can they find love? Or will the danger hunting them cause their relationship to crumble before it has a chance to become as solid as stone?

                                                           4.75 STARS

Here was another awesome read, this is the first book from this author that I have read. And I will definitely be reading more, I enjoyed this story from the very first page the intense start hooked me a little bit sci-fi, a run for your life action plot, and a HOT intense love story all in one book.

Wesley is a scientist whose father created a drug 20yrs before that changed 6 young childrens lives, before Dr.Stephen Folcomb found out and not only destroyed the formula but his own life in the process. Now at present time Wesley whose researching plants to solve world hunger (I thought that was a nice touch btw) when he's called home because his mother has passed.

Number one whose real name is Stone is one of those 6 children that was made into a super soldier, is sent to kill Dr.Wesley. Only Stone doesn't know who Wes really is, but the kidnapping doesn't go as planned and these two decide to go on the run while Wes tries to find a cure for the drug his father started. As Stone & Wes run they not only meet up with the 5 other "brothers" but their trying to stay alive and away from The Company. A sweet love story ensues between them, even as Stone tries to fight his emotions.

I also loved the "brothers" and can't wait for their stories Blade blew me away with his revelation at the end Did not see that one coming. But God that made it interesting, so if you wanna read a action packed, Hot love story with a funny sweet side you will love this story. I highly recommend.

Arcanum: Vervain (Arcanum #1) by Mychael Black

Arcanum: Vervain
Detective Jonah Pierce has mourned his brother Riley's death for a decade, and he's never managed to heal. He loved Riley too much, and maybe in the wrong way. When a new rash of vampiric murders begins, Jonah's division Arcanum is called in to investigate. Sent to talk to a potential suspect, Jonah gets the shock of his life. But that's nothing compared to what comes later, when betrayal shows itself far closer than he ever expected
                                                     4.5 STARS
I read a review on the sequel(below) and decided I really wanted to read this story. Yes it has incest in it, but honestly I didn't really get the feeling of Jonah & Riley being brothers they came across as just being together always, more like best friends but even then Damn these two were frickin' HOT!!! The action storyline is not the main point the relationship between Jonah & Riley take center stage, but as this story ended I immediately had to go buy the second book. I recommend

Arcanum: What Evils Lurk in the Hearts of Men
Detectives Jonah and Riley Pierce are back in another case for Arcanum, the US government's paranormal police agency. This time, however, they're headed to Berlin when a series of murders points to the enigmatic leader of a research institute. Things turn personal very quickly, though, and they find themselves in a race to stop a psychopathic mortal hellbent on finding the daywalker gene                             4.75 STARS
Now this one had more action plot to it but still had Jonah & Riley in an intense totally HOT!!! relationship. The whole day walker vampire made this story exciting add in the secondary characters and I was one happy little camper. Neither book is very long but I will say I would love to read more with this fun duo in it. I also found another author that I will need to keep an eye on. I Recommend

The Way Back by Carter Quinn

The Way Back
In freshman year, Riley Evans met the best friends he ever thought he’d have, Jason and Eric. But then his friendship with Eric turned into something much more. That relationship ended almost as soon as it began, and Riley hasn’t let anyone near his heart since. Until now.

When Riley needed him most, Jason helped pick up the pieces. Six years later, he’s once again part of Riley’s life. Riley is slowly letting Jason past his defenses and is starting to see how good they are together. They’re even planning a romantic weekend getaway. Then, out of the blue, Eric calls, claiming he wants Riley back.

Riley has been dreaming about Eric for six years, but suddenly he can’t he stop thinking of Jason. Jason, who has always been there when Riley needs him—who puts Riley's happiness above his own, even if that means his own heart will suffer. Jason insists Riley face his old feelings for Eric to make sure they’re really gone. But are they? If Riley can’t learn from his mistakes, he may be destined to repeat them—and Jason won’t wait forever

                                                                       5 STARS

Yes another awesome book! Now at first I thought maybe this book was a menage' but once I started reading it I got that this is a love triangle. My favorite character outta all three was Jason but Riley was adorable too, Eric I never really liked I mean he starts as a flashback and even in the flashback he's kinda a jerk, not to mention the way he treated Riley and his brother Jason. So from the start of this story I was routing for Jason & Riley.

Riley makes his own mistakes in this whole story, his not being able to get Eric outta his head & the fact that he freezes up when he needs to explain something made him a fun totally clueless character. Although at one point I wanted to wring his neck I wanted him to tell Eric to get lost but he kept giving him another chance. This story while it's funny & sexy  it also has an intense emotional storyline that while it made me cry was such a beautiful part of this story.

Jason, I wanted to just reassure this guy, I mean he's been through so much and from the start you can see how much he loves Riley so much that he even wants Riley to date Eric to get him outta his system. Ok so I did want to smack him for this logic but he's such a sweetheart that I forgave him besides this story ROCKED! like I said I laughed some, cried some, and was just flat out entertained.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Quicky reviews for some awesome Free Stories

I have been so lucky to find such fun, sexy and adorable free (yeah I like that word) stories that I just had to share. So if you get the chance read them I truly have enjoyed each story and in some cases found new authors that I just have to read more of their stories.

First we'll start with An Oral Fixation by Piper Vaughn 4.75 stars
this story was not only fun and adorable but HOT as hell also. I really wouldn't mind reading more of this couple.

Mentor (a Jarheads story)by Sean Michael  4.75 stars everyone knows how much I love Rig, Rock & Dick. This one is just more awesomeness for me to read. Besides the Scorching sex scenes I love the continuing love story of this threesome.

Woman with a Dildo by Cardeno C 4.5 stars Yes just the title had me laughing my ass off, but this story has a sweet adorable message in a Hot love story.

Wargames by Kim Dare 4.25 stars As a classic BDSM style story this one was fun and made me want to read more of this couple, and DAMN what a way it was to start a relationship too.

Yes Sir by Ellis Carrington 3.75 stars This was an enjoyable short story that left me wanting to read more with a smile on my face.

You Melt Me by Kari Gregg 3.5 stars Like I said I love a story that makes me want to read more here's another one that works for me.

Open Tackle by LC Chase 3.5 stars And another that just hit the spot for me Loved it!

I love to read purely for escapism & joy, I'm not real big on reality or technical writing skills or whatever the hell it's supposed to be. I just want to be entertained, life's full of strife & stresses aplenty, my personal relaxation is reading especially when a story can give me a happy ending. There's so much sadness & horrible things that happen to all of us in real life so it's nice when we can find something that not only makes us smile but gives us a chance to leave all of our own stresses behind if only for a few pages of joy. So till the next review Happy Reading!

Whitetail Rock (Whitetail Rock #1) by Anne Tenino

Whitetail Rock (Whitetail Rock, #1)

Nikhil “Nik” Larson is a snarky, dark-skinned adoptee from India who grew up in the Whitest Town in America. Back to visit his parents Nik meets Trooper Jurgen Dammerung, a blond, butch motorcycle cop who’s so hot he leaves a con trail wherever he goes.

Jurgen is the epitome of everything Nik hated about growing up the lone Indian boy among a town of white people. But Jurgen surprises him rather (ahem) pleasantly, in spite of — or because of — Nik’s attempts to needle him. By the end of his visit, Nik realizes he likes Jurgen. But Jurgen’s so not the relationship type.

Right?

                                                   4.75 STARS

I fricking LOVE free stories I have had the pleasure of  reading some wonderful short stories and even better they were free. I've read another story by Ms. Tenino and loved it, so reading this one and Whitetail Rock 2 just made her one of my top favorite authors (yes I know my list is huge, but I feel like if these authors can entertain me and take me away from my own stress for a little while they deserve the recognition).

Jurgen & Nik are a hilarious and sexy couple, yeah the sex scenes are scorching hot!!!!!(inner perv interrupted again) But it's a sweet love story that I enjoyed reading and wouldn't mind reading more of too.

The Fix (Whitetail Rock, #2)Confident almost to the point of arrogance, Jurgen never worried about his boyfriend leaving him until he overheard Nik telling his best friend he wants to move out of town. That's when the macho cop realizes that maybe asking Nik to move back to tiny Whitetail Rock—where he was tormented when he was younger for being gay and looking different—wasn't Jurgen's most brilliant idea. Now he's on a mission to find a way to fix things so Nik will stay. Which should be no problem because he's good at fixing stuff, right?

Nik isn't sure what he was thinking, moving back to his hometown after graduating with his MFA. Jobs in his field are non-existent and reminders of some of the worst times in his life are abundant. But Jurgen lives in Whitetail Rock, and Nik is willing to put up with a hell of a lot to be with him. Except maybe Jurgen's own efforts to "fix" something that's not broken...

                                                             4.75 STARS

Yes not only did I get more story of Nik & Jurgen but I got it for free, I'm in heaven...sigh... Ok back to the here and now. I loved this one too, The Fix is more about how Jurgen is feeling but we get plenty of HOT sex (dammit I told my inner perv not to butt in again) but we get more of how and why these two love each other and some of the issues with insecurities too. I recommend both of these which I got at allromanceebooks.com.  And Ms. Tenino if your reading this I'd like more please...begs with puppy dog eyes...

Giving In (Wanting #2) by Piper Vaughn

Giving In (Wanting, #2)
It's Jonah and Laurie's first Valentine's Day. What could be a better way to celebrate than with a little kinky superhero role-play? According to Laurie, pretty much anything. Bummed, but unwilling to pressure his boyfriend into something he doesn't want to do, Jonah resigns himself to celebrating a more traditional Valentine's Day. But Jonah isn't the only one who hates to see his boyfriend unhappy...

                                                 4.5 STARS

Being the geek girl that I am this was such a cute short story, and after reading the first Wanting book I couldn't wait to read more about Laurie & Jonah. It's a sweet, funny sexy short story that I recommend.

The Wish (The Wish #1) by Eden Winters

The Wish (The Wish, #1)
Alex Martin is arrogant, wealthy, spoiled, and lonely. His never-ending stream of lovers sees only his wallet. Hiding behind a mask of aloof indifference, he really wants someone who can see past the money, someone who'll stand up to him as an equal. Down-to-earth bookstore owner Paul Sinclair insists on making his own way in life. He longs for someone who thinks, works, and doesn't ask for hand outs: a true partner in every sense of the word. After years of avoidance they finally meet, and neither is impressed. Though worlds apart they share a common bond: their uncles, Alfred and Byron, are long-term partners. And when the uncles conspire to match-make, a little thing like Byron's being a ghost isn't going to stop them.

                                                                    5 STARS

I have to say this past week I have read more wonderful 5 star rating books than ever, it's been such a joy for me that I have gotten so engrossed in these wonderful stories that everytime I read another book I'm a little paranoid that it won't live up to my expectations. But The Wish is not one of those I absolutely adored this story, I will warn you it's an emotional read not as much angsty as intense feelings and emotions. I swear I went through an entire box of tissues while reading it, and usually I don't like that but than again this isn't really angsty more a walk down memory lane kinda crying. I LOVED this book plain & simple.

Byron is the partner of Alfred who passes away do to cancer, but as a ghost we'll say has decided that his and Alfred's nephews need to be together. Now here's where it becomes somewhat sad because Alfred is mourning his partner of 30 yrs, but there's a lot of fun in it too. Apparently Byron likes mischief and once Alex (whose Alfred's nephew) and Paul(whose Byron's) meet all hell breaks lose, yes I laughed my ass off on Alex thinking Paul was Alfred's boy toy even after finding out who he really is.

Now Alex & Paul have their own personal issues and reasons for not liking each other, but there's an attraction also that they both decide to fight. I thought it was so funny the way Byron messes with them, but the best part was the slow getting to know one another and the way they each start to notices how much the other one has been hurt. Alex's eye opening to his selfish ways and the fact that he grows up in a way made his character likable where at first he was kinda an ass. And Paul I just adored his character, it was so cute the way they easily fell into their...air quotes...roles as Byron & Alfred wanted.

The other part of this story is about the grief that Alfred feels with the love of his life gone. What I liked was how real it was made to feel, I mean I have seen it before in couples how a couple was so in love that when one passes the other just doesn't want to go on, their sun has left so to speak so that the one left just doesn't feel like continuing on is worth being without that love. Yes it's a very intense part of this beautiful love story mainly because we not only get Alex & Paul's love story but a look into a 30 yr old sweet adorable love story also. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND but don't forget the tissues.

Technically Dead by Tia Fielding

Technically Dead
When Brandon Roland’s parents kicked him out for being gay, he turned to prostitution to get by—something that almost cost him his life when he was attacked by strangers. Bran was saved by a vampire named Heath, and during their year together, Bran’s life was good—but then Heath sent him packing for reasons unknown.

That was twelve years ago, and Bran’s come a long way since then. He has an education, a job as a social worker at a vampire/human youth shelter, friends, and a tattoo he adds to annually to commemorate another year without the love of his life.

The trouble with being a very old vampire is that the older you are, the less you feel. Heath is over nine hundred—he was sure he'd never experience emotion again, but he never counted on Bran. When Heath accidentally stumbles back into Bran’s life, it changes more than either man thought possible—and then history literally catches up with them and turns their lives inside out

                                                                          4.75 STARS

This was a story I truly enjoyed reading, there is laughter, some tears, and some seriously Hot sex! The character of Brandon became my favorite immediately and I swear the way his tattoo is described I could see it so easily. I was very impressed with this authors writing, not only could I almost see the tattoo other descriptions were made very clear.

Brandon's had a very tough life, but he has rose above it and is working in a field he loves with homeless teens & vampire teens. Of course he's never forgotten his first and only love the vampire Heath a 900 yr old whose almost lost his humanity until he rescues Bran when he's beaten and left for dead.

But when things heat up between the two Heath pushes Bran out. Afraid to love Heath soon realizes that he's made the worst mistake of his life, and for twelve yrs they're both still struggling to get over each other. Then on the night of the twelfth yr they literally run in to each other. I loved Brans friends and how they stand by him even to the point of making a elder vampire nervous, Tony, Adam, Ric & Kris all make the sweetest and caring family for Brandon.

The action/drama storyline just added to the story but it's first and for most a reunited love story. This entertaining story is Highly recommended and I hope to read more by this author.

Yours Forever by Missy Welsh

Yours Forever
Rick knows his lover Danny has a secret and has been lying to Rick in order to keep it. He’s pretty sure this secret has something to do with seeing another man once a month for three days at a time.

Determined to show his boyfriend that he can be everything Danny needs, Rick hatches a plan that ends up revealing way more than he could’ve imagined.

                                              3.75 STARS

This was an adorable story that I would have liked to read more about Rick & Danny what we know of them are such sweet characters. Since it's a short story a lot of the relationship storyline is condensed into Rick's telling us about it but seriously I think I would like more to this sexy couple I mean Damn, the hood of that car has gotta have some dents in it. LOL I recommend like I said its kinda a short story but I enjoyed it from start to finish.

Kent must learn to submit to his alpha, or pay the price for being a disobedient whelp.

                                                               2 STARS

Very rarely will I find a book that I just can't find anything in it that I liked, not either character, not the storyline, and not even the secondary characters, unfortunately this was one of those rare books. Being a first book of a new series I kept reading hoping for something that would redeem Stavros and make Kent not such a victim. This story reminded me too much of Stockholm's syndrome and I didn't like the forced seduction scenes to me the alpha used sex to get Kent to shut up whining about going home. And thats what Kent came across as a victim who just gives in, and Stavros comes across as a bully not a loving mate or alpha. I won't be reading any of the other books in this series it just was to creepy for me. I'm sorry I can't recommend I truly did not enjoy this book.

John Henry's Beautiful Charlie by Stormy Glenn

John Henry's Beautiful Charlie
Sheriff John Henry Harrison didn't even know the old McAdams place had been sold so when he receives a disturbance call, he rushes right out there, positive it's just a bunch of kids causing a ruckus. What he discovers there changes his life in ways he never could have imagined.

After losing his wife to cancer, Charlie Pennington was just trying to find a peaceful place to settle down with his young kids. He never imagined that buying the old McAdams homestead would bring the sexiest lawman he had ever seen into his life.

When troubles arrives at Charlie's door in the form of a custody battle for his kids and a drug lord bent on revenge, Charlie is shocked when John Henry steps right in to help. But even with his former marine buddies at his side, Charlie isn't sure he can keep everyone he loves alive. Sending them to safety seems like the best choice, until John Henry refuses to go

                                                                         5 STARS

It's a story like this one that makes Ms. Glenn one of my top favorite authors, it's not very often that I get to read two 5 star books back to back, but I got extremely lucky this week. Where to start is a mystery this story also had it all, two Hot as Hell alpha type ex military guys but also action and a sweet as can be love story. On top of all that we get to meet a some secondary characters that I can't wait to read their stories.

Whew! now for the two MC's first we get Charlie who has two small children with his best friend that passed away not long ago, so he bought a house out in the country that he's gonna fix up since he's retired from the military to raise his children there. But he's also got the guys from his former team that wanna live there too which I found completely endearing. So when trouble comes to his new door thats when he meets the sheriff!

John Henry's also retired military who sheriff in this small town, but when he meets Charlie it's lust at first sight. I really liked the chemistry between these two guys, at first it's just lust but the more we get to know them the more we can see love happening. So when trouble starts and it does just not from who you think it's coming from (Squee that made it exciting) anyway John Henry has to decide if Charlie and his children are worth it.

I LOVED this story so much I will be reading it again & again. I Highly Recommend.

The Healing and the Dying (Tooth and Claw #2) by L.A. Witt

The Healing and the Dying (Tooth and Claw, #2)
Doing the right thing could destroy everything…

Tooth & Claw, Book 2

Levi, Ian, and Darius escaped death-by-wolf-pack by the skin of their teeth, but they’re not out of the woods. The wolves are relentless. Help from humans? Not likely. Their only hope is a vampire commune in remote western Canada—if they make it in one piece. Even then, there’s no guarantee they’ll be offered sanctuary.

First challenge is to get there. Sunlight is deadly. Money is dwindling. Police and wolves alike are on the hunt.

Worse, Levi hasn't recovered physically or emotionally from the accident that broke several of his bones and killed his best friend. He desperately wants Ian or Darius to turn him, which would heal his wounds, speed their escape, and sever his last tie to the wolves that made his life hell.

Yet Darius hesitates, caught between his desire to help his lover, and fear that once this is all over, Levi and Ian will have no use—or desire—to keep him in the picture. And that’s assuming they all make it to the end of this alive…

                                                         5 STARS

Okay first thing I will say is I swear reading this book made me feel like I was watching a really exciting action packed 3-D movie. No shit I sat on the edge of my seat the entire fricking book. And yes that was a good thing, the chemistry between the three MC's is intense and evened out so well that it truly never feels like any of the three shouldn't be there. I have read a good amount of threesome books and there's usually one that is a little on the outskits you know what I mean. But with Levi, Ian & Darius that doesn't happen even when it's written like Darius feels that way, I as a reader never got that in this relationship.

I had read the first book The Tooth & The Claw and LOVED it but this second book takes the cake. it's even better I thought than the first one, which is saying a lot. Although if you haven't read it you need to before this one, you'd get alot of backstory that explains the guys situation. Anyway The Healing & The Dying has it all an intense and I mean intense love story between all three guys, and exciting nail biting drama, and Holy Hell some Scorching sex scenes. I can't say which guy was my favorite character because I loved them all, and felt their heart wrenching choices that each one has had to make. The fact that guilt by either of the guys is a huge issue that each has to overcome on his own, tells a story in of its self.

This book had it all for me, and it's got another book coming so yes we're left with some conclusion but not an ending (which I'm secretly loving) I really like these guys and want more of their story. Ms.Witt knows how to tell me a story that not only I can't put down, makes me want more and her characters stay with me for a very long time but takes me to a place of intense fantasy that I couldn't even get from a movie. I Highly Recommend

Hold Tight (Willow Springs Ranch Series, #2) by Laura Harner & LE Harner

Hold Tight (Willow Springs Ranch Series, #2)
Sheriff Holden Titus had organized his fresh start down to the last detail. Except for the part about the bomb that blew his plans all to hell. Now he’s running out of time, without a job, without a home, and struggling to get back on his feet. Literally.

Despite the impolite rejection, Drew knows he didn’t have the wrong impression months ago when he asked the sheriff to dance, but he never expected to have Holden’s life in his hands. Literally.

Thanks to some meddlesome matchmaking, the two men are now temporary housemates at the Willow Springs Ranch and Drew is determined to help Holden heal, both physically and emotionally. Even if it means he has to drag the other man kicking and screaming to physical therapy…and out of the closet. In fact, that might be kind of fun.

The problem is, Holden doesn’t consider himself in the closet…but not all secrets are created equal

                                                                        4.25 STARS

This series is one I have been looking forward too, I absolutely LOVED the first book Ty Hard. Now Hold Tight is good and I really enjoyed it but Ty and Cass are my favorite couple, while Holden & Drew were an sweet couple I felt like we dealt more with their personal issues than getting to know them as a couple or their relationship. Holden not only is so far in the closet that he can't even see the light under the door but he also has physical issues and a personal issue that I did not see coming.

Drew seems like such a sweet character and I felt bad for him, with the way he's treated by Holden. I wanted to punch Holden on more than one occasion in this story, and at times felt Drew could do better than allow himself to be treated that way. I did love the fact that we got more of Ty & Cass I seriously LOVED getting to see them again and how much that their in love. I hope the next story is about Chad but either way I'm looking forward to reading it. I recommend

Wanting (Wanting #1) by Piper Vaughn

Wanting (Wanting, #1)

Jonah Beckett has been in love with his older brother's best friend, Laurie, since he was thirteen-years-old. When his boyfriend, Dirk, breaks up with him for refusing to put out, Jonah uses his heartbreak over the situation as an excuse to ask Laurie to teach him all about sex before he starts college in the fall. Problem is, he made Dirk up, and Jonah has no idea what will happen when Laurie finally finds out the truth.

                                                  4 STARS

This was another free short story that I got at ARE, and being a fan of her previous books I wanted to read it. This is an adorable sweet but sexy love story that I enjoyed. Jonah has decided the only way to get Laurie whose his older brother's best friend and Jonah's been in love with him since he was 13. So Jonah decides to make up an ex to convince Laurie to take his virginity. This short story was hilarious but had some intense emotional moments in it, I will definitely be buying the next one in the Wanting series.

Swept Away by Sloan Parker

Swept Away (Don't Read in the Closet)
Free novelette written for the M/M Romance group's "Hot Summer Days" event.

The biggest case of Eddie’s career and nothing’s going right. He’s stuck in a stifling courtroom with the air conditioning on the fritz during the worst heat wave in years, and the judge has denied his latest motion. He just wants to spend a quiet night celebrating with his partner, Mike, on their fifteenth anniversary.

But Mike has a surprise in mind this year. A surprise that may be more than Eddie imagined possible.

                                                  5+ STARS

This was a free story that I found on allromanceebooks.com which being so new to all this I wish someone would have told me it existed I've been buying from Amazon but I really loved the selection at ARC better. Anyway I loved Sloan Parker's book Take me Home so much that I bought a couple other books by this author which I have enjoyed greatly. This being a short story I wasn't expecting what I got which was a beautiful, intense, sexy, amazing story of love that I will read again & again. You can actually feel love between Eddie & Mike not including the hot sexy chemistry even after 15 yrs together, I haven't read alot of books that have an older established couple in them but I wouldn't mind reading more, I mean every couple has their ups & downs but I think it's so beautiful and real when a couple can't stick it out and work through their problems, its too easy nowdays  to just split up or divorce. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

                                                        4 STARS

Robert was one of my favorite characters in the first book so I was excited to get his story, although I will say Tyler's Cowboy is still my favorite story so far. Robert's story goes pretty fast once he meets Glen, of course Glen comes to his rescue when Robert wrecks his truck, and there's not a lot of drama mostly misunderstandings and these two adjusting to a relationship. It's a cute, sexy, sweet love story that is a little fast paced but still it's an Amber Kell book so it's awesome in my eyes. I recommend

Accounting for Luke (Dangerous Lovers #2) by Amber Kell

Accounting for Luke (Dangerous Lovers, #2)
Sometimes love takes more than two to make it work.

Someone is stalking Timothy Warren. When Tim calls his lover, Bryce Mann, for help, he gets not only his boyfriend but his boyfriend’s work partner, Luke Garcia. Years ago Luke and Bryce had a sexual encounter that neither man ever forgot even though they both tried. Bryce might date Tim but his heart still pines for Luke.

When Luke discovers Bryce and Tim’s relationship, long-hidden emotions are uncovered and jealousies flare. Luke might not think a relationship with Bryce would work, but he’s not ready to let him go. Tim learns of Bryce’s long attachment to Luke and surprisingly agrees to step aside. But although Luke desires Bryce, he doesn’t want to break Tim’s heart.

After Luke is injured on a job, he questions whether a trio might work where a duo doesn’t seem possible. Between Timothy’s stalker and his distrust of Luke’s motives will the three of them ever find common ground or will they discover life is easier apart?

                                                                         4.75 STARS

Now this was a great threesome or menage' story,  I read an excerpt on this story and just couldn't wait to read it. The attraction between all three characters is so viable that the relationship between two seemed to smoothly become three.

Even though they each had their own fears and insecurities that has to be work out, plus on top of that Tim has a  stalker? I thoroughly enjoyed this story from start to finish, I was engaged and Damn girl the sex was HOT! I just could not put it down and it wasn't just one character that pulled me in I felt for each one Tim, Bryce & Luke. Maybe more for Tim since he thinks he's got the most to lose, but they each took a little piece of my heart in a way.

I do hope we get more to the Dangerous Lovers series, I would definitely buy more. I Highly Recommend.

Brian's Boundaries (Brats In Training 2) by Lynn Hagen

Brian's Boundaries (Brats in Training, #2)
Jacob Lyndhurst has wanted Brian Jenkins as his sub since first laying eyes on the man at Michelson's Inc. The only problem with that plan was that Taylor McKinley fired the guy. When he and his power circle of friends have dinner at a very high-end restaurant, Jacob sees an opportunity to have his cake and eat it too when Brian turns out to be his server.

When Jacob is relentless in pursuing him, Brian's curiosity is piqued. He gives one night to the man of his dreams and his world is no longer his own. But someone is out to sabotage Brian and is hell-bent on getting him fired from his new job.

When Brian runs away from the one man who pushes his boundaries beyond their limits, Jacob must decide whether to chase after him, or cut his losses and give up the one man that he knows is his perfect sub.

                                                                4.5 STARS

This story is one of the Brats in Training series that two of my favorite authors Lynn Hagen & Stormy Glenn are writing, and I sincerely enjoyed this one. I liked the first one just fine but this one had a little more explanation and character development to it. Brian is the sweetest clumsiest guy who is just trying to survive day to day. When Jacob sits at one of his tables, he has to wait on the man of his dreams and his ex bosses, because he was fired for catching his cubicle on fire. Yes I laughed my ass off in this book.

Jacob and his 3 buddies are all Doms, and Taylor who fired Brian has already found his perfect sub in the first book, so Jacob is looking for his perfect sub too...enter Brian who is perfect in Jacobs eyes. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Jacob & Brian I thought it was a very sweet how Jacob stands up for him since the sweet little guy doesn't have anyone who will.

I really enjoyed this story, I will be reading the next one in this series soon. I recommend

Water Dogs by Mia Watts

Water Dogs
What happens in the desert stays in the desert…

Or does it? On tour in Iraq with other SEALs teams, Lieutenant John Tucker from the Skins holds a tenuous line of defense with Lieutenant Commander Alex Jackson of the Water Dogs. With four days wait until the Army shows up, and the pock-fire of insurgents ever-present, fight or flight urges are put to the extreme. So when Tucker shocks the LC by making a play for him, and he reluctantly gives in, it’s not like Ajax is going to have to face the fire when he returns home.

Except the mutual devastation of the SEALs teams prompts the military to combine them. Now Tucker is serving under Ajax in a brand new way, and the desert isn’t keeping the secret

                                                             4.5 STARS

This was such an interesting story it's a love story but thats not its only focus we really get some great intense actions sequences. It starts in a really intense situation that leads us to our two MC's and it's where they're attraction starts which leads to a lot of kissing and a HOT as Hell hand job. Tucker is gay but he's a SEAL so he keeps that quiet. Ajax is a Water Dog and he's not gay or doesn't think he is anyway. I loved how these two guys interact with not only each other but the rest of their team.

Circumstances place Tucker with the Water Dogs months after the hand job and him saving Ajax' life, although he's attracted to his LC (Ajax) he's determined to not let anything show and do his job. Where Ajax can't forget it and is fighting with his attraction to Tucker. I got to say this story also had me laughing my ass off, they way they kinda come out is fricking hilarious, and the way their team reacts too funny.

I would say more about this story because dammit it was good, but I hate to give away too much. But I highly recommend

A Very Tate Christmas (Tate Pack #3) by Vicktor Alexander

A Very Tate Christmas (Tate Pack, #3)

Tommy Wilkins has always loved Christmas. Not just because he loves to dress up as a very naughty elf, but because it seemed as if Christmas was the time of year when everyone was happy and went out of their way to make others happy. So with that thought in mind, Tommy sets out to make this Christmas, the best Christmas that the Tate pack has ever had.

But it seems as if one thing after another goes wrong. First, there’s no Santa Clause in the decorations and Tommy has to…bribe…Ton into agreeing to play Santa. Then Richard sprains his ankle practicing a dance for the big Christmas show. Michael’s fingers are broken when he goes to help Richard and now he can’t sign the words to the Christmas carols. And Alex loses his voice and won’t be able to sing. Tommy really wanted to give the Tate triplets a fabulous first Christmas, but it seems like all the forces of the Earth are plotting against him and he’s just about to throw in the fabulous bejeweled rainbow towel when Calvin, one of the cowboy pack members, shows up with his mate. His very abused, very skittish, very deprived mate, Maurice.

Now Tommy has to make sure that Christmas happens for the pack because Maurice needs to learn how truly loving and accepting, the Tate pack family really is.

                                                  4.5 STARS
I really enjoy this series, not only cause it's a great set of stories but because I feel like they're teaching me something important in each one that I have read. Since Christmas is my favorite holiday Yeah I go a little overboard with decorations too, this story touched my heart with it's funny, but heartwarming storyline and message.

Tommy who we met in previous book is a sweet cross dresser who is finding love with his mate Ton, so he decides to put on a Christmas play for the pack and the triplets. So it starts off hilarious, but ends so beautifully that I had tears in my eyes. Of course there's extremely HOT! sex in it but it's still a grab your heart kind of story.

I have already bought the next book, so I will recommend and I'll be back with the Tate Pack soon.

Inconceivable (Tate Pack #2) by Vicktor Alexander

Inconceivable (Tate Pack, #2)
Tommy Wilkins, a.k.a. "Tammy Walks" was happy with his life as one of the highest paid drag queen performers in New York City. He had a gorgeous apartment in Greenwich Village, men throwing themselves at his feet and he had lots of money in the bank. He didn't need the family that shunned him, the boyfriend that used to beat the hell out of him or even the gorgeous sexy linebacker looking Texan cowboy, named Anton "Ton" Forrester, that his friend Richard introduced him too. All he needed was himself.

But Ton wasn't going to give up so easily because you see, Tommy is his mate, and he wants all of him, makeup, heels, dresses and costumes included. He wants to heal every scar and make the smaller man believe in love again.

There's only one problem, someone is determined to keep the two men apart, even if they have to kill Tommy to do so

                                                           4.5 STARS

I've said it before but I love it when a book teaches me something, and this one did. I have to say that Tommy's explanation (well sort of he's actually talking to himself) but the way he talks about himself as a man that loves to wear womens' clothing, had me thinking about the way a person should accept them selves and not worry about what others think or how they react, but basically be happy in your self. If your friends & family love you they'll stand by you, if not there's someone out there who will. And Tommy's line about that he loves being a man but just in a pretty package was priceless and beautiful. Even the intense drama that follows Tommy I loved that Ton had to work at this relationship also, and that falling in love was gradual not instant.

That was really what I got outta this story, I mean it's a cute love story with some extremely hot sex, but the deep emotions of the characters are whats gonna bring me back to this series. I loved the story behind the story in each book I've read so far and I can not wait to read more which I have already bought too. I highly recommend

The Cajun's Pet (New Orleans Rent Boys #1) by Jana Downs

The Cajun's Pet (New Orleans Rent Boys, #1)
Gideon went down to the Big Easy to escape his old life. Unfortunately for him, his escape plan proved to be worse for him than staying would have been. Homeless and alone in an unfamiliar city, he's taken in by a group of rent boys called the French Quarter Brats. Gideon quickly learns to use his body to survive in a city used to preying on the unwary. However, eager tourists looking for a thrill and the occasional lonely local get boring after a while and Gideon begins to yearn for something more.

When Gideon stumbles across the man the Brats call the Cajun King of New Orleans, Evan St. Germaine, he's automatically struck by the man's dominant personality and his rugged good looks. He forms an obsession which can be cured by only one thing: becoming the Cajun's pet rent boy. But Evan isn't an everyday john and he demands more for his cash than Gideon's body and his willing submission. He demands his heart.

                                                               4.75 STARS

At first I really wasn't sure how I felt about this story but that changed very quickly. The Cajun's Pet is such a different story than what I'm used to reading for Jana Downs that it caught me by surprise. Not that that's a bad thing the exact opposite in fact, this story had more depth and intense emotions than previous books from Ms. Downs and I can say she did a great job of it too. I found myself laughing, crying and wanting to find these boys and take them home with me.

Gideon is such a complex character that realizes it is his own fault for the mess he's made out of his life. Being a rent boy even though he hates it he has to just to eat, I felt his struggle with him yeah it was that intense. He see's Evan in an intimate setting and becomes fascinated with the Cajun King very quickly but we get why he does through his telling of his story. Although we don't get as much about Evan we still get why he does the things he does to and for Gideon and it does have a sweet beautiful love story that had me reaching for the tissues but laughing through tears.

If you want an indepth story full of love with some intense emotions this is the new series for you. I personally loved it and can't wait for the next one. I highly recommend.

North's Complication (Lost Shifters #18) by Stephani Hecht

North's Complication
Sometimes truth is more dangerous than fiction.

Ever since Fox shifter, North, joined the coalition to work as their psychiatrist, he’s had two rules. One—never get involved with a feline. Two—never, ever, ever get involved with a feline. Not only is North not eager to make any lasting connections, but he doesn’t want any drama in his life.

Tiger shifter, Dominic, has drama as his middle name, and he loves every minute of it. Not only does he intend to live life to the fullest, but he’s not about to make any apologies for it. So, when he finds himself drawn to the super serious and super straight-laced North, Dominic is confused. He’s also scared, because North is the only one who could break through Dominic’s shields.

That’s the last thing that can happen, for if the rest of the shifters discover who Dominic really is, they will all be in danger. Will Dominic be able to keep his secrets or will the whole coalition pay the price for his lies

                                                  4.75 STARS

Although this story is about North & Dominic which was awesome btw my favorite parts were the ones with Shane in them.  I was hoping we'd get the quiet serious Norths' story so I was really excited to read this one, and I was not disappointed. We not only get to learn about North and his family but we get some insight into his work with the other shifters especially Shane.

Dominic on the other hand I felt so sorry for this kid. The stress that he's put under and the verbal abuse over the years  become to much with a rejection from North and what he feels as guilt, Dominic makes a harsh and drastic choice. I will admit I cried my eyes out over this one but it's written very well and works for this story.

I highly recommend it's become one of my favorites in this series.

Breaking Cover (Handcuffs and Lace #22) by Sean Michael

Breaking Cover
Home for six months after an undercover assignment at BDSM club Testing Leather, Homicide detective Brian Hurley can't shake the memories, or the feelings he developed, for undercover partner Griffin McManus.

Griffin's having his own problems in the aftermath of the job, and he shows up on Brian's doorstep, hoping one last night together will allow him to put it all behind him.

Will reconnecting as themselves help them let go, or will they find everything they need in each other?

                                           4.75 STARS

I gotta say nobody can write BDSM and make me squirm but also enjoy it the way Mr. Michael can. Being a big fan of his Jarhead series, I can say it never fails to surprise me that I always learn something whenever I read one of his books. I'm utterly fascinated by that, but anyway we'll get on with the story now.

Brian (whose Nick undercover) yeah you would think that the characters going into flashbacks with their undercover names would have been confusing but it wasn't I was very able to follow without any confusion or frustration. Ok back to Brian who is the dominate in this relationship it's been a while since they closed the case but he can't get Griffin (whose Sam undercover) outta his mind. Then Griffin shows up at his door one night very confused & stressed over wanting what only Brian can give him.

I liked how Griffin struggles with his needs & wants but Brian is pretty confident in his desire for Griff. The relationship between these two is fun and sexy as hell, and it wasn't instantaneously. And the underlining action/drama storyline was still interesting without taking away from the chemistry between Brian & Griff. I Highly Recommend

Plus I've said before but I freakin love the author bio for Sean Michael I swear it makes me want to read more by this hilarious fun loving author.

The CEO and the Cowboy by Starla Kaye

The CEO and the Cowboy
The whole thing about relationships and feelings confuses the heck out of Calhoun. He’s a simple cowboy and he’d been planning to marry a long-time friend for a while. When he finally realizes it doesn’t feel right, he lets her go. He probably shouldn’t have gone to her wedding to another man, but she wanted him there. But that’s when he really gets confused. His eye is drawn to a seriously hot businessman…and that sure does unnerve him…and yet….

Emotionally burned by the last man he thought he’d loved, Daniel isn’t anxious to replace him. But there is something about the proud, bedroom-eyed cowboy who shows up at his friend’s wedding. The CEO isn’t even sure if the cowboy’s gay, although the heat firing between them makes him wonder….

What he does know is that he plans to find out

                                                                     2 STARS

I have to say I did not like this book, first the "relationship" doesn't work for me. I mean this "straight" guy goes home with a man he meets at the wedding of his former fiance, then they perceive to have sex in which Calhoun doesn't freak out at all. At least not for a while then he decides he's not gay says some really awful things to break up with Daniel. But that's not why I didn't like this story what made me not like it was the huge holes in the storyline, we don't really get who the characters are and why they act the way they do, and the timeline jumps to quickly and we seem to miss to much for me to have gotten into this story and enjoy it, basically it just pissed me off. The plot to this story could have been awesome, I mean a Cowboy and a CEO sounded exciting and sexy too, but I didn't feel like it was written as well as it could have been. This story just left me frustrated, sorry but I won't recommend.

                                                           4.25 STARS

This book was so sweet but it made my cry like a baby, don't get me wrong it was a wonderful beautiful love story with a decent amount of angst throw in it just had some moments that tugged at my heart.

I loved the character of Elijah I just wanted to wrap him in my arms and take care of him, so glad he meets Jackson who is living with his own heart break. But the two of them hit it off and it develops into more, I enjoyed this story even the crying like a baby moments but my favorite part is getting to see Shiloh again I loved his character a lot.

I recommend but make sure you have some tissues on hand, this story is a sweet beautiful love story that will make you smile even as you cry.

Unthinkable (Tate Pack #1) by Vicktor Alexander

Unthinkable (Tate Pack, #1)
Richard Tillson was happy with his life...well...sort of. He has spent the last few years of his life making a name for himself in the dance community, has a very expensive apartment in Manhattan and he knows he's gorgeous. So why is he so miserable?

Enter Vernon "Vet" Tate. The older brother of Richard's best friend Amanda Lynn. The first time the two men meet it's when Vet is saving Richard's life from an oncoming vehicle. Moments later Vet is turning Richard's life upside down by telling him that his baby sister, who had passed weeks before, left her three newborn children to Richard, to share custody with Vet.

Things wouldn't have been so bad for Vet, a wolf shifter, if Richard wasn't also his mate, his very human, very male, mate.

So how will Richard cope with becoming a father, giving up his sophisticated New York lifestyle for a ranch out in Wichita Falls, Texas, and finding out that not only do shape shifters exist, but he's the mate of the Alpha?

                                                                 4.75 STARS

I know I may get some shit for this one but what can I say I freaking Loved it. Yes It jumps into a very fast relationship, and yeah I may have had a few eyebrow raising moments but Unthinkable was hilarious and sexy and sweet and just adorable.

Richard's character was so well described I swear I have meet this man before LOL yes I really felt like I knew this character. Although we'll say he goes with the flow a little to easily I didn't feel like I was missing anything, and he does still have questions and issues even with not freaking out over the shape shifting thing and he settles very easily with being a co-parent to triplets. Just a side note I have three kids and I would be effing freaking my ass out seriously!!! But I really liked Richards' character a lot.

Vets' character we don't get as much info on but he still came across as fun, and loveable especially with being mates with Richard. And Damn the sex is Scorching HOT!! We're talking needing a cold shower HOT!! Yeah my inner perv is really happy. The action/drama storyline plays out well without being angsty, and I enjoyed getting to know the secondary characters also.

I have already bought the next books in this series yes I really liked this story, so I will Highly Recommend and will be back to review the next one soon.

When Manny risks his life, could it finally be time for Josh to risk his heart?

                                    4.75 STARS

I'm struggling with which story is my favorite 4 or 5, I think I'll have to say both because outta all 5 so far these two books made me not only want more but gave me the chemistry between the MC's and the intense story I was looking for also.

In Full Circle Manny which we met in previous books is the IT guy, but he's also trained for combat too so that makes him sexy, nerdy and dangerous all at the same time and that sooo worked for me. I felt we got more to his character than any of the previous ones, so we're not surprised when his past actually becomes a serious part to the drama for this book. Plus we get to watch Manny in action both in and out of the bedroom.

Josh was just the sweetest character, he reminded me alot of Morgan, from the first book so it was awesome to see them get along so well. The ex boyfriend at the beginning was an interesting surprise but fun too and what a way for Josh & Manny to meet. The sparks fly between these two but there's such a sweet love story wrapped up in all the action too. I felt so bad for everything Josh is going through but it was nice that he is finally finding a place to fit in.

I can't wait for the next book which I hope is Jake & Sean but I don't know for sure, so I just gotta be patient. What am I saying my OCD is gonna be screaming till the next one LOL. Full Circle is an exciting story with a sweet love story woven into it  I highly Recommend

Hot and Cold (Midnight Matings #17) by Gabrielle Evans

Hot and Cold (Midnight Matings, #17)
Technically, no one invited Theris to the gathering, because technically he wasn’t supposed to have a mate. None of that really mattered to him, though. He hadn’t gone looking for someone to hook up with. Once he sets sights on Ryo, however, he’s very glad he made the trip.

Immediately captivated by the dark angel with the bright smile, Ryo Dantis figured it was a no-brainer to choose Theris as his mate. Unfortunately, he hadn’t taken into account how far his grandfather would go to ensure he upholds his familial obligations to produce heirs for his Djinn clan.

When Theris goes missing right from their home, there are no lengths to which Ryo won’t go to find and rescue the man he loves. Can he save Theris in time and break the spell? Or will he lose everything because of the greediness of others?

                                                                    4.5 STARS

This series always surprises me, which I thoroughly enjoy btw. This one was funny and really cute but had some drama included to make it exciting. Theris as the reaper was hilarious and doing his job near the end of this story was so funny given his situation. Ryo took me a little longer to really like, but he eventually grew on me. His paranoid and reading up on everything after he and Theris get together was funny too. And getting to see Hades & Miles again was awesome since Hades was one of my top favorite characters. This was an interesting story from the start to the finish I Recommend.

The first book of this series I loved, the second I really really liked, the third was pretty good, but this one effing ROCKED! I was hooked on this series with the very first book but the last two in this series left me wondering if I should even buy the fourth one, don't get me wrong they were good stories they just weren't anywhere as awesome as the first one, and I was left with way too many unanswered questions plus felt really lost in on the characters in book three more than two. But anyway I'm soo glad I stuck it out Bound by Danger was in my opinion even better than the first Men of Honor book.

I wanted to be entertained and I definitely was, the chemistry between Jace & Clint is incredible plus I got plenty of info on the action/ drama storyline in this book which made it more intriguing on top of all that we get some intel on the characters in previous books and got to meet an new potential couple hopefully for a future book.

Jace & Clint(Tomcat) both have some serious issues with trust and what both of their secretive jobs involve them in. I really liked that both were willing to fight for each other even when they were fighting with each other. I also really enjoyed the fact that it wasn't a fast relationship it took a really long time. I really don't wanna give the story away but there were so many wonderful and surprising plots to this story that I felt captivated the entire book. The characters and plot points were easy to follow and I felt that all my questions were answered without any confusion or frustration. I simply LOVED this story. I Highly Recommend

Doby's Lessons (Brats In Training) by Stormy Glenn

Doby's Lessons (Brats in Training, #1)
Doby Rathom wants to expand his sex life. Hell, he just wants a sex life, and he believes having a Dom will do just that. He decides to place an ad in the local paper and find one. Only, as luck would have it, or not have it, he accidently hits the wrong button and his e-mail is sent to the head of his department, Taylor McKinley, who is also the sexiest man Doby has ever met in his life.

Doby is mortified, and also in jeopardy of losing his job. When Taylor makes him an offer to train him to be a sub in exchange for not placing the ad, Doby is all for it. Especially if it means he gets to experience his training at the hands of the handsome Dom. Oh yeah, and he can keep his job. It's a win-win situation.

Until Doby starts receiving blackmail threats.

Someone is out to get Doby and he doesn't have a clue who it could be. His best friend? One of his coworkers? Taylor? Before Doby can discover who is trying to blackmail him, he first has to learn to be a sub. But when the blackmailer strikes again, running to Taylor for help seems like the right decision. But, is it? Will Taylor be his savior or his downfall?

                                                                               4 STARS

As this is a new series by two of my favorite authors, Stormy Glenn & Lynn Hagen, this was a pretty good start. I found the premise of this story hilarious mainly because Doby sending that email to his boss by accident is soo something I would do and I had to LMAO. Taylor was an interesting Dom that realizes an opportunity when it's dropped in his lap. The relationship between Taylor & Doby was fast but seemed really comfortable and the Dom/sub training aspect went very smoothly of course the sex scenes were awesome. I really didn't see who the blackmailer was coming so I was surprised but it made it really interesting and made me want more. I can't wait to read the next book, which I already bought so I recommend.
